Authorities say the incident began when a buyer arrived to purchase a dirt bike advertised on Facebook Marketplace. Reports indicate the buyer allegedly presented what appeared to be cash, but the seller later discovered the money was fake.
Following the discovery, the situation escalated when the seller allegedly chased the buyer while recording the encounter. During the confrontation, the seller reportedly took the buyer’s backpack and phone as tensions increased between both parties.
According to details from the case, the buyer, identified as Oscar, then allegedly pulled out a firearm and fired multiple shots during the altercation. The seller was struck and pronounced dead at the scene.
